Dial moving  will take every precaution to safeguard tiled or hardwood floors, carpeting, walls and corners at the old and new locations. Proper handling of desks, contents, chairs, files, storage units, office equipment, computers, etc.   

 

Dial will make sure move coordinators have been appointed. Company personnel will be needed at both locations. At the old office location, the coordinators will be needed to direct the movers in the proper sequence of moving the equipment out of the office. At the new headquarters, the monitors should direct the flow of equipment. All company employees should be notified that only authorized personnel may be present during the move. 

 

We protect walls, entrance ways, elevators, and other building surfaces against damage by lining them with cushioned paper. Floors are covered with masonite for maximum protection. Special Corner bucks are secured to every corner and, where necessary, at entranceway and elevators to protect the premises and the furniture.
